1. Service Scope

BetterScreenshot is a browser-based screenshot beautification tool. Users can upload or paste screenshots, customize background, padding, shadow, filters and window frame, then download high-resolution PNG, JPG or WebP images. Sign-in is required to use the editor. Free membership does not expire and includes up to 3 image downloads per day. Subscription plans provide higher usage limits and additional benefits.

2. Acceptable Use

• You must use BetterScreenshot in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.
• You may not upload unlawful, harmful or rights-infringing content.
• You may not attempt to bypass account limits, abuse downloads or disrupt the service.

3. Account and Security

• An account and sign-in are required to use the editor.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

4. Your Content

You are responsible for screenshots you upload, edit, download and share. BetterScreenshot does not claim ownership of your uploaded screenshot content.

5. Plans, Payments and Cancellation

• Free membership is available without an expiration date and includes up to 3 image downloads per day.
• Paid subscriptions provide higher usage limits and additional benefits according to the selected plan.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through the available account and billing options.

6. Service Data

We process the data needed to provide accounts, editor access, downloads, support, security and billing.

7. Intellectual Property

The BetterScreenshot product, interface, code, design and brand are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reverse engineer the service.

8. Privacy

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. Privacy Policy

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when the service, legal requirements or business needs change. Updated terms apply after publication.

10. Account Termination

You may stop using BetterScreenshot or request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
